TURNERS COTTAGE is our home and the main hub of the farm. It has a huge, south-facing downstairs space for cooking, dining, writing workshops, yoga classes and socialising. There is a table-tennis table, darts board and outdoor terrace and a wood burner with TV in the snug.

BEECH - King sized bed, desk, and shared shower and WC.

WILLOW - Single bed, desk, with shared shower and WC.

ALDER - Super king oak sleigh bed with en-suite bathroom and balcony doors with views west over the valley.

NURSERYMANS COTTAGE is the original dwelling. Downstairs is a sun room, a living/dining room with Inglenook fireplace and TV and a small kitchen.

OAK - large en-suite master bedroom with desk and king size bed. There is a door from OAK out onto a secluded garden terrace with table and chairs and swing seat.

ASH - twin bunk room with desk and shared bathroom. Additional desk available on the landing.

APPLE - king size bed with desk and shared bathroom.

BINNEYS BARN is a conversion of an agricultural building and the rooms are all on one level. It is a hundred yards from the rest of the buildings in its own private setting with garden and view of woodland and lake. Two writing spaces in the living room.

PINE - king sized bed and single bed with shared bathroom.

HOLLY - mid sleeper IKEA KURA bed in an alcove of the hall. Shared use of bathroom.
