Sample Schedule
-
Stretch and warm up and breathe with a gentle yoga session in the main house or out on the terrace.
-
Help yourself to buffet breakfast in the main house. Homemade granola, fruit, yogurt, sourdough bread, juice, tea & coffee. Eat at the main table or take a tray and find your own spot outside.
-
Help yourself to soup, sourdough bread, salad, cheese in the main house. Eat inside at the big table or outside on the terrace or take your lunch outdoors on a tray and find your own spot.

We can light the sauna for guests to use by request. It takes 3 hours to get up to temperature and requires labour + materials, so it would really help us if folks can be sensitive and book as a group. For exclusive hire we will ask £30 per person for an hour.

Take a few moments to sit outside on the terrace with your eyes closed and focus on your breath.
-
Join us in the main house or out on the terrace, if warm enough, for a relaxed vegetarian meal. Alcohol is not included but we do provide beer + wine and an honesty sheet to fill in :) see our price list.
